Job Description
Oaks Melbourne Southbank Suites is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Full-Time Night Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel during night hours.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and efficiency ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with guests team members and other departments via phone email and in person.
- Manage guest bookings modifications and special requests using our property management system with attention to detail.
- Serve as the go-to person for guest needs overnightoffering support resolving issues and sharing local tips to enhance their stay.
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday: $25.80/hour applicable late night/early morning penalties
- Saturday: $32.25/hour applicable penalties
- Sunday: $38.70/hour applicable penalties
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hospitality front desk or another customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a friendly and professional tone.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Confidence in handling guest concerns and turning challenges into positive experiences.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that reflect our brand values.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays.
