The Marketing and Communications Team Lead plays a key role in bringing our brand vision to life by driving marketing initiatives that support overall business goals. This position focuses on creating and executing well-rounded marketing plans that blend digital innovation with traditional strategies to fuel growth. Working closely with internal teams and external partners the team lead will ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver meaningful results.
- Developing & executing marketing communication activities and online / offline materials (B2B&B2C) in parallel with the companys marketing strategy tracks and monitors impact on brand and sales performances
- ATL & BTL channel management regarding target groups
- 360 Campaign Planning and implementation at all touchpoints.
- Monitoring and evaluating all communication activities in terms of their strategic suitability productiveness profitability and target customer focus
- Ensure the planning and implementations of consumer promotions digital & offline communication projects and market researches.
- Providing communication and coordination with external and internal teams such as agencies Offer Management Sales Operations Art Teams
- Planning and managing the annual branding budget and conducting a monthly supervision
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics or in any other relevant fields
- Min 6-7 years of experience of brand management and digital communication w/budget management experience market research and retail experience is a plus
- An inspiring team leader excellent communicator and solution oriented player to collaborate with other key departments heads
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Perfect Project Management & follow up
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Target oriented with a focus on results
- Dynamic performer who adapts quickly with strong planning and organizational skills
