Job Description
Client: A Leading Business Conglomerate in India
Location : Chennai
Role: Manager HR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to implement performance appraisal and plans for improvement.
- Tracks KPIs and aligns performance outcomes with business objectives.
- Supports performance evaluation and assist with career development.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitive and aligned business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
- Address employee concerns resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR guidance and support to Managers and employees with their assigned business units.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA HR or MSW or any equivalent qualification.
15 years of experience in the HR industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.
