Administrative Coordinator

About this Position
Were seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations for our alumni engagement team. In this role youll manage departmental communications event logistics alumni records and internal reporting. Youll thrive if youre detail-oriented customer-service focused and excel at managing multiple administrative tasks independently.
Job Responsibilities
Provide coverage for email and phone inquiries track alumni requests and update records.
Manage logistics for alumni events including vendor coordination registration tracking and materials preparation.
Support Commencement activities by managing registration ticketing vendor coordination and on-site logistics.
Generate mailing lists and alumni population reports for internal and external use.
Process invoices reconcile transactions and manage office/event supply orders.
Job Skills/Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Qualtrics Salesforce Certain Events or similar tools a plus.
Event planning or administrative support experience preferred.
University experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Additional Information:
Hybrid schedule with occasional evening and weekend work for events.
Primary work takes place in an office environment with some on-campus or off-site assignments.
Light lifting of event materials may be required.
Pay Range:
$25$30/hour
