Provide high-level support to company leaders to ensure efficient accomplishment of key tasks and initiatives.
Support day-to-day operations manage event logistics and serve as a liaison for social media content coordination.
Enhance event experiences and facilitate brand communication through digital platforms.
Understand and improve the client experience and engagement process for internal and external clients.
Work closely with the Business Operations team to understand operational processes and identify gaps.
Assist in operational tasks related to new team onboarding.
Assist in implementing the organizations marketing plan.
Coordinate social media postings in collaboration with the external marketing team.
Generate social media content and schedule posts as a key team member of the Social Media Collaborative.
Update the company website regularly and maintain compliance tracking.
Plan organize and execute firm events with seamless coordination with the management team.
Support the HR Manager with volunteer events and team builders.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience you will need:
Experience in project management particularly in operations marketing or event planning.
Related work experience in planning supporting and organizing events.
Understanding of available tools and platforms for social media.
Proficiency with Word PowerPoint Excel Adobe and similar programs.
Proficiency in WordPress Adobe Illustrator or Canva is highly desired.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to complete delegated tasks efficiently.
Ability to take initiative to plan and complete assigned projects.
Bachelors Degree (B.A./B.S.) or two years of relevant experience preferred.
