As an Account Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. This is an excellent entry-to-mid level role for someone looking to grow in account management, marketing, sales, or customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers/Executives in daily client communication and project management
Prepare client reports, presentations, and updates as needed
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements
Schedule meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups from client discussions
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, updating CRM tools, and processing invoices or purchase orders
Monitor campaign/project performance and gather metrics or feedback for client reporting
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns or resolving issues promptly
Stay informed about industry trends and client market to offer proactive suggestions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, administrative, or support role (internships count)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Trello, Asana)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
