Lube Technician Responsibilities
- Perform quality work: oil changes tire rotations replacing wipers filters etc.
- Data entry and communication with teammates
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a newoildrain plug and a newoilfilter
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customers perspective comes first
Qualifications
- One year lube tech experience preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and backgroundcheck
- Basic computer competencies
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Dexterity:a steady hand&excellent hand-eye coordination
- Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Positive friendly attitude andcustomer service mentality
- Previous experience at an automotive dealershipa plus
- Strong understanding of the service drivea plus
