While 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist is preferred motivated individuals looking to grow in the field are also encouraged to apply. National certification from ASCP or AMT or eligibility for certification is essential to demonstrate proficiency in laboratory practices.

Additionally holding current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR will ensure preparedness to handle any situation that may arise in the healthcare setting.
