Job Description
We are looking for an experienced qualified level 3 Mechanic to join our team at E-ppl we are leading suppliers of Managed Services within the automotive industry. The mechanic will support our customer based in the Midlands.
A certification in IMI level 3 in Electric Hybrid systems Repair and Replacement is essential
The Mechanic will have good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Knowledge and experience with complex mechanical or electronic systems is also expected.
Auto Mechanic duties and responsibilities
Battery Removal
Engine Removal & Installation
Inspect vehicle engine.
Inspect mechanical and electrical components.
Pre- and Post-overhaul
Diagnose issues timely and accurately.
Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems.
Conduct regular maintenance work such as replacing fluids lubricating parts.
Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
Requirements
IMI level 3 in Electric Hybrid systems Repair and Replacement is essential
3 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic or similar role
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Hours of work are Monday Friday 12-hour day shifts and Monday to Thursday 12 hour night shifts
Ongoing contract paid limited company or via umbrella company - Outside of IR35
20.00 per hour possible weekend overtime with premium rate
Onsite parking
