Role Purpose
As our Corporate Operations Manager youll be the strategic powerhouse behind our network of company-owned venues. Youll lead with heart and precision inspiring teams optimising operations and ensuring each venue delivers the premium on-brand experience our customers crave.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Financial Performance
- Drive commercial outcomes by leading venue-level strategy sales performance and cost control.
- Analyse sales mix implement hyper-local marketing and own the P&L across all corporate venues.
Customer Experience Leadership
- Champion the customer journey from start to finish.
- Elevate service standards reduce wait times and lead in-venue coaching that creates raving fans.
People Culture & Training
- Build high-performing teams through smart recruitment hands-on training and strong culture.
- Analyse labour KPIs and support our managers in driving team engagement and retention.
Operational Excellence
- Keep operations tight from food safety and compliance to daily procedures and systems.
- Own venue readiness maintenance and ensure every site reflects the Burger Urge brand.
Inventory & Cash Control
- Lead cost control initiatives stock management and operational compliance.
- Monitor inventory systems and implement efficiency improvements across sites.
