What Youll Do
As the Maintenance Manager youll oversee all maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role will focus on ensuring equipment reliability operational efficiency and a safe working environment. Youll drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies lead a high-performing team and partner with internal stakeholders on improvement projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Conducting facility inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance records
- Managing vendor relationships and maintenance schedules
- Leading and training maintenance technicians
- Supporting Lean initiatives and driving continuous improvement
- Providing hands-on technical support across various maintenance disciplines
- Promoting a strong safety culture throughout the department
What Youll Need
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong background in Electrical/PLC Robotics Mechanical Hydraulics/Pneumatics Welding Machining and Conveyor systems
- Ability to manage vendors schedules and budgets
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and CMMS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication decision-making and team-building skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and interpreting technical schematics (preferred)
