We are seeking an experiencedWorkdayIntegrations Specialist to manage and oversee ourWorkdayintegrations includingWorkdayStudio third-party payroll PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and Cloud Connect for Benefits. This role will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust and scalable integrations to ensure seamless communication betweenWorkdayand various third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience withWorkdayand deep technical knowledge ofWorkdayintegrations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design development testing and deployment ofWorkdayintegrations usingWorkdayStudio PECI and Cloud Connect for Benefits.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand integration needs and ensure successful implementation and maintenance ofWorkdayintegrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related toWorkdayintegrations and ensure ongoing data accuracy and system functionality.
Serve as the subject matter expert forWorkdayintegrations providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes configurations and best practices.
Ensure integrations are designed and implemented in compliance withWorkdayand organisational security standards.
Work closely with the HR Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and efficient data flow betweenWorkdayand third-party systems.
Stay updated on newWorkdayintegration features and functionality and provide recommendations to improve integration efficiency.
Mentor and guide team members as needed.
Leverage Agile framework principles and follow project methodologies.
Understand and ensure data security privacy and data quality in integrations is maintained.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology Computer Science Software Engineering or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
3 to 5 years of experience asWorkdayIntegration Developer.
Ability to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical robust and scalable solutions meeting the business and technology goals.
WorkdayPRO Certification for Integrations is preferred.
Strong experience designing building and supporting complexWorkdayintegrations.
Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience withWorkdayHCM and other HR technologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements forWorkday integrations.
Valued Skills:
Strong understanding of payroll benefits and HR business processes.
Experience managing integrations with third-party payroll systems and benefits providers.
Experience developingWorkdayintegrations (EIB Core Connectors Advanced Custom Reports and Document Transforms) is mandatory.
Experience in building integrations usingWorkdayWeb services and APIs (WSDL SOAP REST and WS standards).
Experience working in XML XSLTWorkdayCustom Reports andWorkdayCustom Objects BIRT.
