At Berwick Mitsubishi were expanding and looking for a passionate Diagnostic Technician to join our busy vibrant Service Workshop. This is your opportunity to work with a supportive team access the latest diagnostic tools and enjoy a workplace that values quality safety and customer satisfaction.
The Role
As a Diagnostic Technician youll be responsible for:
- Performing advanced diagnostics fault finding and quality repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Inspecting reconditioning and servicing pre-owned and new vehicles.
- Using the latest diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Conducting test drives and final inspections to ensure top performance and safety.
- Mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
- Accurately documenting work and maintaining service records.
About You
- Youre a driven and detail-oriented team player who:
- Holds a Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis (AUR40216).
- Has proven dealership or busy workshop experience.
- Demonstrates strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Can provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Communicates effectively and professionally both written and verbal.
- Is reliable conscientious and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Holds a valid Victorian drivers licence.
- Is willing to undergo a national police clearance.
