Workplace Coordinators this one is for you! This longtime Bay Area VC staple is looking for a professional who will help shape culture and interface with clientele at their stunning office! This role offers creativity and ownership of the space and opportunity to grow within the firm. Within this role you are the first point of contact for visitors and VIP guests ensuring that they are made to feel welcome and at home.
While this role requires many of the bread-and-butter office coordinator tasks such as ordering supplies and facilities management this company is seeking to hire someone who sees this as an opportunity to build an elevated office experience for guests and staff alike. While there is an emphasis on team at this company this person will strive in an independent learning and performing environment as well!
The Role: Workplace Experience Coordinator
The City: Palo Alto CA (In office 5 days/week)
