As a Workplace Relations Specialist reporting directly to the Director Workplace Relations and Compliance you will foster a cooperative and adaptable workplace culture while ensuring the University meets its legal and industrial responsibilities in human resource management. This pivotal role will lead complex casework and drive initiatives that elevate employee and workplace relations across the organisation.
