include but are not limited to:
Genuine desire to deliver world-class experience for customers service advisors and management
Desire and ability to work autonomously (4 Ts: Task Time Technique and Team)
Polished professional and positive phone and email communication skills
Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls emails texts and online chats
Communicating with customers regarding appointment scheduling appointment changes missed appointments and cancellations
Complete required outbound outreach daily (missed appointments recalls customer lists)
Achieve and maintain Audi certification
Engaged participation in developmental growth (i.e trainings peer shadowing book club)

Skills:
Basic computer abilities (quickly learn different software basic spreadsheet use Google Docs Google Sheets etc.)
Moderate understanding of web browser functions
Must be able to type at 45 WPM (no looking at your hands as you type!)
Experience in an environment of moderate pressure and capable of making conscientious decisions on the fly
Fully written and spoken bilingual required
Prior relevant hands-on experience with CRM/DMS scheduling software sales service or phone systems is always a bonus
Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
Schedule:
This is a part-time position to start (less than 30 hours a week) and will lead to a full-time position (30 hours a week) within 90 days.
- Tuesday-Friday hours ranging from 7am - 4pm Saturday hours ranging from 8:30am - 5pm.

- Ideal candidate for this role will likely move into a Service Advisor or Internal Service Advisor position.
Compensation:
Starting at $14 per hour plus up to $300 monthly bonus.
