Are you a recent graduatesfrom a construction engineering or related field looking to build a career in a team environment If so this Project Engineerjob is for you!
This position is supporting more senior staff while learning the business. The job will include emphasizes a combination of solid contribution opportunities to observe higher level activities and providing feedback and support for development in the position. The work will include a clear organized and well-documented framework to ensure compliance with contract documents cost schedule and quality objectives. The Project Engineer will be introduced to other more advanced concepts over time.

What were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the construction process and ability to anticipate identify and promptly address issues that impact performance risk and timing of project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to read & interpret construction drawings plans & specifications
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) and Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software. Experience using other construction software is a plus.
- Ability prioritize and make timely decisions either independently or with support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills with an ability to build long-term customer relationships with customers
- Desire to work as a collaborative member of a construction project team
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Interest in continual learning and development
