Situated in the picturesque village of Cottenham the homes design has been tailored to the challenges of care and provides residents with a versatile living environment. Pleasing additions include en-suite bedrooms an activities room a conservatory and Sky television. For a breath of fresh air residents can head for the enclosed paved garden for a gentle stroll or experience the homes sensory herb garden.

A varied menu of nutritious meals is enjoyed by all residents with the home treating mealtimes as an important part of the day and making sure there are always drinks and light snacks available.

There is a real sense of community at Cottenham Court. Gardening exercise classes and crafts are examples of some of the hobbies residents have embraced while visits from a local theatre group and Pets as Therapy also provide good mental and physical stimulation.

Youll help us make health happen by:

• Using your passion for cooking and experience in a fresh food kitchen tocreate a varied and nutritional menu in line with the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
• Using your natural leadership skills to train and mentor the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience
• Being innovative in your approach to cooking and maintaining high standards
• Managing all mandatory paperwork including: adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines company policies and procedures budgets managing orders and deliveries
• Catering for special events or seasonal activities such as summer fetes Christmas parties and birthdays (as required)

* You will also be eligible to receive a bonus based on your performance. Chef Managers who achieve 6 KPIs will receive a quarterly incentive of 500 thats 2000 per year (subject to usual tax & NI deductions)

** Your starter bonus will be paid to you in the next available pay run once you have completed four weeks service and will be subject to deductions for tax and NI.
