Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership providing
insight and guidance on organizational design workforce planning and change
management.
People & Culture Champion: Foster a high-performance inclusive culture that
supports innovation agility and employee well-being.
Employee Relations & Social Dialogue: Lead constructive engagement with
employee representatives ensuring compliance business competitiveness and
fostering a climate of trust.
Talent & Capability Development: Drive talent acquisition succession planning
leadership development and upskilling initiatives to future-proof the organization.
Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing HR team (4 direct
reports) empowering them to deliver excellence and grow in their roles.
Global Collaboration: Act as a connector between local and global HR teams
ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across the Group.
Profile Were Looking For
Seasoned HR Leader with 10 years of progressive HR experience in complex
matrixed organizations.
Proven track record in leading HR teams and partnering with senior business
leaders in transformation contexts.
Strong labor relations expertise including experience with unions and collective
bargaining.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into impactful people
strategies.
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
Resilient and adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ethical and inclusive with a passion for people and purpose.
