Job Description

With 9-digit ARR targets and a product trusted in 100 countries were entering our next growth chapter and were hiring a **CRM Director to help us scale smarter and faster. Ready to own the lifecycle and make a measurable impact Lets go. The RoleReporting to the VP Marketing youll own the global CRM strategy and execution across the entire lifecycle: from lead nurturing to onboarding engagement retention upsell and expansion. This is a key leadership role in our team requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Youll collaborate closely with Marketing Sales CX Product and RevOps to unlock funnel efficiency and customer value at scale. What Youll Do

  • Define and lead Factorials global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Boost funnel efficiency from MQL to SQL to Closed-Won.
  • Build cross-functional CRM programs across acquisition onboarding activation expansion and churn prevention.
  • Leverage HubSpot and AI tools to build smart automated journeys.
  • Segment intelligently to deliver the right message at the right time.
  • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Product and Sales.
  • Define CRM KPIs track performance and report on business impact.
  • Lead and grow a team of CRM Lifecycle specialists.

**Your Profile

  • Proven experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or marketing automation ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Familiar with ABM (Account Based Marketing) intent data and persona-driven strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of AI tools for CRM (predictive scoring content personalization etc.).
  • A great communicator and collaborator across departments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project and team leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership move fast and make things happen.
  • Fluent in English. Bonus: Spanish Portuguese Italian German or French.
