The RoleReporting to the VP Marketing youll own the global CRM strategy and execution across the entire lifecycle: from lead nurturing to onboarding engagement retention upsell and expansion. This is a key leadership role in our team requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Youll collaborate closely with Marketing Sales CX Product and RevOps to unlock funnel efficiency and customer value at scale. What Youll Do
- Define and lead Factorials global CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Boost funnel efficiency from MQL to SQL to Closed-Won.
- Build cross-functional CRM programs across acquisition onboarding activation expansion and churn prevention.
- Leverage HubSpot and AI tools to build smart automated journeys.
- Segment intelligently to deliver the right message at the right time.
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Product and Sales.
- Define CRM KPIs track performance and report on business impact.
- Lead and grow a team of CRM Lifecycle specialists.
**Your Profile
- Proven experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or marketing automation ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Familiar with ABM (Account Based Marketing) intent data and persona-driven strategies.
- Solid knowledge of AI tools for CRM (predictive scoring content personalization etc.).
- A great communicator and collaborator across departments.
- Strategic thinker with strong project and team leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership move fast and make things happen.
- Fluent in English. Bonus: Spanish Portuguese Italian German or French.
