Job Description
Hello! At Factorial we are looking for a new Marketing Intern for an Marketing Events Internship-DACH Market to help us boost the company to the next level **Ready to take on the challenge **The Role
- Conducting market research gathering information and negotiating contracts with suppliers for event management.
- Design and development of scheduled events including organizing the facilities managing all event details such as decorationcatering entertainment transport location guest list special guests equipment promotional material etc.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and security obligations arising from the management of the event.
- Collaborate with internal communications staff to promote the event.
- Proactively manage any issues that arise and resolve any problems that occur on the day of the event.
- Carry out evaluations once the event has finished and implement improvement actions.
**Your Profile
- German Proficient level Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills to manage several projects at the same time.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Nice to have: Familiarity with tools like Hubspot Dato or Figma
- Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required**Perks of being part of our team
