Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred
Previous experience in event coordination hospitality or administrative support is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
