Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service Officer to support our client relations and ensure that every customer receives top-tier service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries resolving issues and maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Provide accurate information about products and services

Qualifications :
