We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our Columbus team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the internal and external flow of information ensuring our messaging remains clear consistent and aligned with our brand values. The ideal candidate is organized an excellent communicator and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies
Draft and edit company-wide announcements newsletters reports and memos
Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent and timely messaging
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and presentations
Maintain internal communication tools and platforms
Monitor and report on communication campaign effectiveness
Support crisis communication and executive messaging when necessary
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal communication tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative environment
