Under limited oversight responsible for strategic planning designing and implementation of core technologies. Provides integrated team oversight over projects. Leads a team utilizing project management skills to include planning scheduling & testing leading to successful go-lives. Advanced technical skills and knowledge in vertical.
- Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

- Serves as the point of contact for Tier I II III Service Desk support tickets for Cisco Webex and Mircosoft Teams and Zoom.
- Handles moves adds and changes to Webex user configuration
- Track and implement and deploy CMDB updates for Webex application.
- Responsible for vendor escalation and work with engineers to resolve technical issues related to Webex working with other team members vendor support and contractor to achieve optimal reliability and security.
- Perform Case Management and maintain up to date documentation on assigned open issues for Webex.
- Tracking testing and deploying newly released Webex feature enhancements.
- Lead schedule and coordinate monthly Webex training events of new feature enhancements.
- Provides complex Webex application support and guidance to end users and provides technical guidance and training new users. Able to quickly assess problems and identify resolutions.
- Prepares written documentation of various types including Webex application documentation training manuals quick tip sheets Webex internal help website.
- Delivers excellent customer service with accuracy attention to detail ability to work effectively and diplomatically in a team environment and ability to work in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Qualifications :
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelors degree with minimum of 8 years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education experience and IT certifications
- Experience with enterprise systems administration design including data center migrations disaster recovery and security planning
**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
- Advanced technical expertise in Cisco Webex administration and enterprise networking systems
- Demonstrated leadership ability in project management and team coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess customer needs and determine solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with proven ability to conduct training sessions
- Expert knowledge of ITSM frameworks and security protocols
- Proficiency in scripting languages and Microsoft Operating Systems
- Experience in supporting complex distributed environments with multiple programs
