You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect is responsible for bridging business needs with SAP technology solutions in the SCM Planning domain (focus on Inventory Management & Asset Management). Candidate need to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement provide recommendation for business improvement (BPR) anchored on technology solution lead software evaluation exercise design & architect the right technology solutions. Candidate will be involved in pre-sales as well as in project delivery.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Prepare review and deliver the SAP Supply Chain management (SAP MM SAP PM and SAP WM) solutions for customers including proposal writing presentation conducting Proof-of-Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary
Propose the SAP solution and selection of technologies and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution to meet our customers requirements
Lead conduct of business workshops and assessment
Articulate alternatives in terms of cost benefit and risk where multiple solutions exist
Highlight the positive impact of NCS solutions to help them achieve customers business goals
Provide pre-sales delivery of consultancy services to our customers on a global basis
Customer/Vendor Management
Effectively engaged stakeholders in sales project decisions and execution
Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customers expectation
Identify build and manage partnerships with product vendors to strength NCSs product capabilities and get up-to-speed with the up-and-coming technologies
Business Development
Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
Be involved in pre-sale activities leading key opportunities where needed
Team Management
Coach train and mentor Solution Architects.
Deliver enablement sessions to NCS presales to help articulate NCSs service offerings and solutions and comparatively position with competitors solutions
Develop and continuously improve on the materials available for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance
Maintain reusable components to facilitate the selling process and ensure consistency in the quality of services promised to our customers
Contribute to competency enablement throughout the community in NCS on a global basis
Develop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused competency community. This enhances NCSs ability to support the growth expectations of the business and continually build the image and success of the NCS brand
Qualifications :
Typically 15-18 years SAP Supply Chain Management experience (SAP MM SAP PM SAP WM modules)
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Experience in Singapore Public Sector SAP projects
Completed multiple end to end project implementation in SAP S/4 HANA. Experience with migration from ECC to S/4 HANA
Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude creative with excellent presentation communication negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
Able to lead develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
Proficient in written and spoken English
Able to travel as required
