Job Description
Title: Solution Architect (Gen-AI)
Location: Phoenix AZ
Type: Long Term Contract / Full-Time
- Develop strategic recommendation to drive business growth and improvement
- Ensure solution aligns with organizational technology strategy
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives
- Participation in stakeholder interviews and documentation of business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectural standards
- Candidate should be strong in Design and implement scalable secure and efficient solutions to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
- Good knowledge in Cloud technologies AI/ML.
- Quick and vivid learner understand and learn clients eco system and process
- Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences with the ability to tailor and deliver communications to all levels of organizations from project teams to executive leadership
- Strong organizational problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of MS office MS project vision and other collaboration tools
- Exceptional PowerPoint designing and presentation skills
- Experience with Contact center Nice to have.
