Key Accountabilities
Delivery of the following Digital scope for the Maaden project for Engineering and Construction HSE Project Control Change Management Procurement Contracts Project Management.
- Deliver project digital strategies as defined in the SoW and according to the Project Information Management Plan.
- Stewardship of project data ownership by EPC and ensuring that all data is populated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Being the project focal-point for data-centric execution.
- Work collaboratively with customer to ensure accurate delivery of information by EPCs meets customers requirements.
- Ensuring the whole project team understands supports and adheres to the Digital Execution Management strategy and procedures.
- Input to maintaining project-specific systems work practice documentation.
- Ensuring cross-contractor alignment of work processes and systems.
- Managing the systems document management and data management team of the project (50 part- and full time resources).
Responsibilities
- Setup and Management of the end-to-end project systems
- Management of Design Coordination
- Setup and Management of the Site IT systems at the construction sites
- Document Management
- Data Management for internal and external parties
- Management of External Parties (EPC Construction Contractors Vendors etc.)
- Project to asset handover for documents data and systems
- Coordinate the development of stakeholder-facing training digital/data-centric training content.
- Shaping and delivery Digital Initiatives for Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or related discipline;
- PMP or Prince2 an advantage;
- Agile certification preferred;
- Change Management accreditation an advantage;
- Experience in EPC and/or O/O environment
- Proven experience in EPC projects digital delivery.
- Proven experience in Digital for the Execute project of a Mega Project including hands on experience in Project to Asset handover scope including Digital Delivery Data Management Document Management Project Information Management Information Technology.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of EPCM data centric project execution environment and Define (FEED) / Design (Detail design) / Procurement / Build (Construct and Commission) deliverables
- Able to see the bigger picture and understand the asset life cycle in both the built and operate phase
- Demonstrated knowledge of cultural change management and business transformation methodologies and techniques.
