Job Description
Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Front Office Ambassador to join the team in Chicagos Gold Coast!
Recognized as one of the Best Hotels in the World and in Chicago with the Top Hotel Spa in the U.S. the AAA-Five-Diamond Forbes 4-Star Waldorf Astoria Chicago is nestled in the prestigious Gold Coast neighborhood among the famed Oak Street retailers and beach Rush Street restaurants and nightlife and The Magnificent Mile. Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s this luxury hotel features 215 rooms over 5000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant 2 bars and in-room dining.
In this role The Ambassador will be directly responsible for the guests arrival and departure experience in addition to any operational needs as it relates to the specific guests requests recommendations and touches. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel. Upgrades guests as required. Promotes services amenities and upsells products to the guests.
- Classification: Part-Time
- Shift: Overnight must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
- Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $25 per hour Overnight differential and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
