Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated TWS Product Support and Design Engineer to contribute to the Jaques team.

As a TWS Product Support and Design Engineer at Terex based in Dandenong South youll play a pivotal role in supporting new machine and aftermarket sales functions for Terex Equipment with a primary focus on Washing. Support all aspects of customer service including pre-delivery /delivery /install & commissioning problem solving fine tuning & upgrades training and product demonstrations. The role will look to partner the technical support with engineering skills and provide trouble shooting and technical training for Terex Washing Systems.
What youll do
- Project Management commissioning and site supervision of TWS plant installations
- Fine tuning of plants to optimise efficiency and meet customers final product requirements
- Design work on non-standard TWS plant features
- Creation and facilitation of technical training for Terex Jaques service personnel and/or customers
- Support of the other aspects of the engineering team including design / drafting / cad modelling and documentation.
What youll bring
- Engineering Degree or Diploma
- Hands-on skills in engineering &/or field service support
- Functional competency with CAD and supporting PDM systems (Creo & AutoCAD desired).
- At least five (5) years experience in an engineering business with customer facing exposure
- Ability to travel nationally & internationally for business purposes.
