You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe central office for the Hanover & Norwich school districts is seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks for the central office. This position serves as receptionist and handles various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude who enjoys taking initiative and helping to move projects along. Candidates should be able to assist colleagues and visitors by handling office tasks providing polite and professional assistance via phone mail and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. The administrative assistant position helps support the superintendents human resources office and finance office. Experience in public education HR or finance are a plus and to some extent the work can be tailored to fit the strengths and interests of the person in the role.
Pay rangeis $21.42- 24.69 per hour. Position starts immediately open until filled.

General Purpose:
Serve as the primary receptionist for all visitors to the SAU office and the primary responder to phone calls placed to the SAU office. Provide administrative support to the SAU departments. Maintain a well-organized efficient office environment while providing customer service to the public.
