We are now expanding our Corporate Communications team with a newly created role to strengthen our internal and external communication efforts. At Thule we are well known for our marketing and brandingbut we believe theres more to do in the area of corporate communications. Thats where you come in.
What youll do at Thule
As a Corporate Communications Specialist you will support and take the lead in various internal and external communication activities at a global level. You will report to the SVP Corporate Communications and work closely with colleagues within HR IT Finance and Sustainability.
This is a broad and operational role in a small collaborative team. While much of the work is hands-on you will also be part of the strategy work for example by helping shape communication plans messaging and content direction.
Your responsibilities will include creating content for internal channels and social media coordinating communication projects such as the annual report and supporting communication around change initiatives and sustainability. You will manage and develop our corporate website () lead the ongoing development of our new intranet and coordinate our editor network. The role also includes organizing and supporting internal communication events.
What you bring
We believe you have a few years of experience in a similar position preferably in an international setting. You have a Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field and you are confident communicating in both Swedish and English both in writing and verbally. To succeed in this role you need to be skilled in producing content that includes text images and preferable video.
In addition we believe that you are used to working with CMS and intranet systems and have experience with tools such as Photoshop and InDesign. You are structured and detail-oriented able to manage several projects at the same time with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy working with others adapt easily and are comfortable switching between day-to-day tasks and contributing to strategic planning.
