- Identify establish and develop relationships with potential clients key stakeholders and industry partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective business strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our services to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the team to assist in the creation of compelling presentations utilizing your creativity and knowledge to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador representing the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify potential areas for business growth and innovation.
About You:
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills a proven track record in business development and a strong commitment to achieving targets.
- Proven track record in managing residential sales role in real estate industry in B2C model
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend meetings conferences and client visits.
- Self-motivated proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
