About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a modernised onboarding and training process centred on integrating TalentLMS (or similar) with the newly upgraded OneAdvanced TMS v8. This is a strategic HRIS transformation project aimed at improving automation employee onboarding experience and compliance across a multi-site organisation.
You will work with internal stakeholders across HR IT and management to gather requirements map existing processes configure TalentLMS and ensure seamless integration with the TMS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with HR IT and business stakeholders
- Design and oversee the configuration of TalentLMS to support onboarding and compliance workflows
- Develop and deliver a technical integration between TalentLMS and OneAdvanced TMS (via SSO/API tools such as Zapier or direct API where available)
- Create a structured onboarding and training portal for new hires
- Coordinate content uploads and structure automated learning paths based on job roles
- Define success criteria and establish performance tracking dashboards for HR
- Manage timelines dependencies risk and communication across all phases
- Deliver system and admin user training to internal stakeholders
- Provide detailed documentation and support transition post go-live
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years experience as a Technical or IT Project Manager
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing Learning Management Systems (TalentLMS highly preferred)
- Experience integrating LMS with HRIS platforms or TMS tools (OneAdvanced Workday SAP etc.)
- Strong understanding of onboarding workflows and HR compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) Zapier integrations or API-based system connections
- Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and cross-functional project delivery
- Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 AgilePM PMP) desirable
- Excellent communication documentation and training delivery skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of GDPR and employee data handling best practices
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g. public sector healthcare education)
- Experience developing or improving employee portals or onboarding journeys
Contract Details:
- Initial 10-11 week contract
- Remote or hybrid (preference for EU or Ireland-based candidates due to GDPR timezone and client location)
- Flexible working arrangements possible
- Contractor responsible for own equipment and secure remote access
