In this role youll coordinate departmental projects manage calendars support meetings and trainings and serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries. Youll also assist with onboarding tracking budgets and expenses and maintaining databases.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience supporting a corporate office environment and is confident coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Process compliance cases and maintain accurate documentation
- Review and manage intake forms for internal processes
- Handle confidential lists with discretion and accuracy
- Process SNOW (ServiceNow) documents to support internal workflows
- Coordinate routine projects that align with departmental or functional goals
- Provide calendar support for one or more leaders and/or team members
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for meetings trainings seminars and department-wide activities
- Serve as a point of contact for departmental inquiries responding or escalating as appropriate
- Support onboarding of new team members by coordinating tasks and resources
- Perform administrative tasks such as budget tracking invoice coding and travel expense processing
- Generate reports identify variances and update internal databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Operations Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting operations in a corporate office environment
- Experience with unemployment claims and intake forms is a plus
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and a background in compliance-related work is preferred
- Previous experience at companies like Microsoft Amazon or Nordstrom is highly valued
- Experience handling confidential and NDA-protected information with discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective in working with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision
- Adaptable to change and ambiguity while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
