About the role
As an Order Desk Coordinator youll be an essential part of our Operations team managing orders and coordinating deliveries in close collaboration with three team members. Your responsibilities will include handling daily order flow serving as a key contact for customers and ensuring smooth communication across our supply chain network.
Depending on your experience your role may expand to cover broader responsibilities over time.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer data in ERP and CRM systems (sales pricing product details)
- Support the sales team with customer inquiries quotations and product information
- Process sales orders from receival to invoicing and shipment follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team on pricing and product availability
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and high-quality order fulfillment
- Monitor warehouse inventory and manage logistics (incoming/outgoing shipments transport agreements)
- Maintain and update sales and marketing materials
- Support basic advertising tasks on print and digital platforms
- Participate in claims/reclamation handling
What we are looking for
- Bachelors/ Masters Degree or final stage of studies in logistics supply chain management international business or related field
- Work experience in logistics customer service export operations or office administration
- Experience in working with ERP and CRM systems
- Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
- A proactive and structured way of working good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A willingness to take responsibility and work independently when needed

Timeline
Interviews will take place during July. The position is scheduled to start by September 1st at the latest. However an earlier starting date can be arranged depending on the selected candidates situation. The employment is a fixed-term one-year position covering a parental leave.
