Core Responsibilities
1. Leads digital product management teams for a strategic digital product or product group. Sets new digital product strategy and adjusts strategies for program or product group.
2. Acts as a thought leader in primary area of responsibility. Leverages understanding of competitive landscape products platforms and business strategies to provide context for product families roadmaps and application decision making. Influences the enterprise by promoting the sharing of innovative business solutions across business units and divisions to achieve competitive advantage.
3. Provides business architectural leadership in shaping multi-year family roadmaps. Partners with senior digital product owners and IT to help shape roadmap strategies that enable business OKRs.
4. Leads influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience. Ensures business outcomes are linked to business case drivers.
5. Creates and maintains best practices and learnings providing coaching to product teams on current strategy. Contributes to product teams support of the messaging communication and customer outreach as necessary.
6. Builds and maintains strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions. Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
7. Leads the planning development and implementation of new large complex multi-stakeholder products. Defines and analyzes markets develops detailed product features and requirements and develops implementation plans.
8. Responsible for identifying current and future state service operating process application architecture and data architecture models with senior product owners. Identifies business capability gaps recommends future state solutions and transitions proof of concept experiments to solution delivery teams.
9. Creates maintains and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
10. Leads and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities. Attends conferences influences strategic partners and engages in associated activities.
11. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
Minimum of ten years of relevant Delivery experience and ten years of experience in leading product delivery initiatives.
