Key job responsibilities
Providing ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields including intellectual property digital media and regulatory compliance; and structuring drafting and negotiating licensing marketing and other commercial agreements. Some travel may be required.

A day in the life
You will serve as legal counsel for various teams within the Prime Video business with a particular focus on Canada and other parts of Prime Video International. You will be a legal and thought partner for the business on day-to-day matters as well as long-term strategic imperatives. You will help to define regulatory compliance strategy engage directly with regulators develop expertise on new product initiatives and work directly with business colleagues as lead counsel on strategic content deals. Our lawyers get to solve a constant flow of novel challenges in a growing and exciting business.

- 2 years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in private practice or in house experience at a technology company or equivalent

- Written and verbal fluency in Spanish
- Creativity self-awareness and a good sense of humor
- Keen business and legal instincts
- Sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Ability to deliver results independently and collaboratively
- Passion to embrace challenges and aggressively drive meaningful solutions amid complexity and uncertainty
- Sharp analytical and communication skills
