Job Description
Commercial & Corporate Litigation Associate $120k-$165k Philadelphia PA

This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial disputes and high-stakes corporate litigation alongside a team of talented attorneys who value collaboration strategic thinking and client service. What Youll Do
Represent clients in complex commercial and corporate disputes including breach of contract shareholder matters and business torts.
Draft pleadings motions and discovery while managing cases through all stages of litigation.
Handle depositions hearings and trial preparation with increasing responsibility.
Partner with clients to develop case strategies that deliver results.
What Youll Bring
25 years of litigation experience ideally with commercial or corporate cases.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania bar.
Excellent research writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong academic credentials and law firm training.
Pennsylvania bar admission (or ability to waive in).
