About the role
Be the welcoming face of a leading teaching hospital creating a positive first impression for every patient and visitor
Keep the patient journey running smoothlyfrom arrival to dischargeby supporting clinical teams behind the scenes
Engage with a diverse mix of healthcare professionals patients and external partners every day
Take ownership of key admin tasks including managing bookings capturing payments and answering enquiries with confidence
Play a vital role in a high-performing team by maintaining a professional appearance and strong front-desk presence
About you
Youre a confident and compassionate communicator who thrives in front-line roles
Bring experience in administrative or customer-facing positions ideally within healthcare or a fast-paced service environment
Comfortable multitasking and staying composed under pressure while managing patient needs and clinical support
Detail-oriented and organised with a proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery
Professional in presentation and punctuality committed to representing the hospitals values with pride and integrity

In this role you will be based at St Vincents hospital Darlinghurst.
