We are seeking a forward-thinking and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy as we expand into new markets and scale our operations. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines a strategic mindset with a passion for building effective systems teams and processes in a fast-growing international environment.
Your mission: Provide financial leadership that enables smart growth drives operational excellence and strengthens informed decision-making across the business.
What youll do:
- Lead the financial strategy for our international expansion supporting development projects from early concept through to opening and operational success.
- Assess and scale existing financial systems structures and standards across multiple countries to ensure readiness for long-term growth.
- Develop clear scalable processes that ensure visibility accuracy and accountability at every stagefrom project development to day-to-day hotel operations.
- Champion innovation by implementing automation tools digital finance solutions and business intelligence platforms that improve decision-making and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team providing insight and clarity on business performance risks and opportunities.
- Lead mentor and grow the finance teamshaping them into proactive solution-driven business partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure finance is fully integrated into all areas of the business.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7 years of progressive financial management experience ideally in the hospitality industry or a multi-property environment.
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational acumen with the ability to connect long-term vision to day-to-day execution.
- Experience with process improvement automation and business intelligence tool implementation.
- Deep understanding of financial planning reporting and controls.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to explain complex data in a simple and actionable way.
- Proficiency in financial and operational software; experience with modern ERP or BI tools is a plus.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
