Director of Nursing (DON)
Director of Nursing is needed in New Haven CT.

- The pay for this position is $147000 - $165000 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00am 5:00pm)
- Lead and oversee all nursing and MA services under the CMOs direction
- Develop and implement nursing workflows policies and clinical guidelines
- Promote quality improvement safety and evidence-based practices
- Coordinate patient care with providers and clinical teams
- Supervise and support nursing staff including hiring training and performance management
- Manage nursing department operations budget staffing and supply inventory
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
- Support health education vaccine protocols and care coordination
Requirements
- Clear and active RN license in the state of Connecticut
- BSN or MSN highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of ambulatory care experience
- Nurse manager or leadership experience required
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with program development and quality improvement
