Job Description

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares all menu items using established departmental policies and presentation of all menu items adheres to established all menu items are prepared according to federal state and local nutritional standards and established policies and services to cafeteria customers in a friendly and efficient payments from students for breakfast and lunch and operates the cash register food that is the correct portion serving temperature and quality. Any substandard quality food must be brought to the attention of the Cafeteria/School Nutrition the cafeteria including serving areas and equipment other duties as assigned by the Superintendent-Director or his/her duties listed are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar related or a logical assignment to the ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The employee is required to stand for long periods of time or occasionally sit climb or balance and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 40 pounds.
