Description of the role:
The High line service manager at Jaguar Land Rover Columbia will be responsible for overseeing the service department ensuring efficient and high-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service department operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service
- Hire train and supervise service department staff
- Develop service department procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation of $160000.00 - $185000.00 per year paid semi-monthly
