JOB PURPOSE:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for ensuring all aspects of contract administration are managed in an efficient and effective manner including all Salesforce records related to the Contract the start and end of services and liaising with internal teams to ensure contract terms and details are followed.
The Contract Administrator will also provide support and guidance to internal teams on correct administration of contract-related activities in Salesforce.
NOTE: this role is available for 6 month fixed term contract period only
Main duties and responsibilities
Maintain best practice processes for contract management
Maintain efficient workflow processes for contract management across the SEA business.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all contract and contract-related records in Salesforce.
Ensure all contract related requests are processed efficiently and within agreed SLAs.
Liaise with internal teams as required for ongoing management through the contract lifecycle.
Contribute towards a high performing team
Develop strong and effective working relationships within the core team and related teams at Isentia to ensure growth.
Ensure successful communication and accurate transfer of information with all areas of the business as required.
Actively contribute to team goals.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
Minimum 1 year Customer Service and/or Business Administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient in English Language
Technically proficient in a range of office applications - Google Workspace preferred (Gmail Sheets Docs)
Strong attention to detail.
DESIRABLE:
Tertiary Qualifications in a related field.
CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred).
Strong problem resolution skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to prioritise tasks.
Commitment to personal development.
Enthusiastic approach self managed.
Strong customer service focus.
