Our client a large privately owned accounting firm based in North Brisbane are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to lead a large offshore team of bookkeepers who service external clients for both the CFO Advisory / Finance and Tax teams with seamless integration across functions.
This hybrid position involves leading the firm s bookkeeping division liaising with clients and internal stakeholders managing workflow and supervising a team of approximately 20 virtual bookkeepers.
The ideal candidate will have breath of experience across multiple industries and profession and a minimum of 5 years experience with proven track record in managing workflow for large team of bookkeepers preferably in public practice bookkeeping OR a bookkeeping company management background and experience managing offshore team.
Please note: This job is based in Australia therefore only candidates who are permanent residents or citizens of Australia will be considered.
