Job Description
hiring a seasoned Chief Financial Officer for a leading FMCG company in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience including 10 years in a senior leadership/CFO role within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
CTC: Up to 1.25 Cr per annum
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies.
- Creating and managing budgets forecasts and financial plans.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Providing financial advice on long-term business plans and strategic initiatives.
2. Financial Management and Operations:
- Overseeing all finance and accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Managing cash flow and investments.
- Overseeing the financial technology stack and systems.
3. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks Developing and implementing internal controls and Managing insurance and other risk-related activities.
