Tasks

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients guiding them through onboarding and product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients ensuring their continued success with the Karomia platform.
  • Conduct regular check-ins product reviews and success planning sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with the product and development team by relaying customer feedback to enhance the platform.
  • Create and deliver client training materials best practices guides and webinars.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to monitor client performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years in a customer success or account management role ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or as a consultant working on ESG related projects with clients.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about helping clients succeed and skilled at building trust-based relationships.
  • Problem-Solver: Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Hubspot) Intercom and SaaS technologies.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English Dutch (must) and French (nice to have).
