Tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients guiding them through onboarding and product adoption.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients ensuring their continued success with the Karomia platform.
- Conduct regular check-ins product reviews and success planning sessions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services based on client needs.
- Collaborate with the product and development team by relaying customer feedback to enhance the platform.
- Create and deliver client training materials best practices guides and webinars.
- Track and analyze key metrics to monitor client performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in a customer success or account management role ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or as a consultant working on ESG related projects with clients.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about helping clients succeed and skilled at building trust-based relationships.
- Problem-Solver: Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Hubspot) Intercom and SaaS technologies.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English Dutch (must) and French (nice to have).
