Job Description
Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 0-1 Year
Location: Noida Uttar Pradesh
Mode: work from office
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for end users.
- Assist with network setup configuration and ongoing maintenance of LAN WAN and Wi-Fi environments.
- Install configure and manage Linux-based systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform system updates patch management and assist with basic scripting tasks.
- Support IT security initiatives and participate in infrastructure projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows Linux operating systems and networking concepts.
- Understanding of key networking protocols such as IP addressing DNS VPN and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an ability to resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with Linux command-line interface (CLI) and basic scripting skills (Bash Python preferred).
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and users effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
- Exposure to basic scripting and automation.
- Understanding of IT security best practices.
