Job Description
At Coast To Coast Connections we partner with nonprofits advocacy groups and grassroots movements to amplify their missions through face-to-face community outreach. Our team plays a vital role in spreading awareness recruiting supporters and strengthening connections between organizations and the communities they serve.
We are currently hiring entry-level Community Outreach Representatives to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a difference love working with people and want to gain experience in cause-driven fieldwork.
What You ll Do
Represent nonprofit partners at community events outreach sites and local activations
Initiate conversations with members of the public to share important campaign messages
Build rapport and educate community members on how they can get involved or support the cause
Assist with event setup logistics and promotional materials
Track interactions and gather feedback from the field
Collaborate with team leads and campaign managers to reach daily and weekly goals
Requirements
Outgoing personable and confident speaking to new people
Motivated by mission-based work and helping others
Reliable and committed to showing up with energy and professionalism
Able to work in a fast-paced outdoor/event setting
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Experience in customer service event work or canvassing is a plus but not required
Flexible availability including some weekends
